EPA OPP Publishes Guidance on Waiving Acute Dermal Toxicity Testing

The EPA has published its final “Guidance for Waiving Acute Dermal Toxicity Tests for Pesticide Formulations and Supporting Retrospective Analysis.” The guidance includes a policy statement to waive all acute dermal toxicity studies for formulated pesticide products and can be found here.
